‘Camera Module’, Core of METAVERSE

For METAVERSE, high-performance camera module is the core technology as it realizes high-resolution images continuously to materialize smooth expanded reality.

More camera modules will be used for METAVERSE in the future. ToF (Time of Flight) Technology, another core technology of METAVERSE, is a 3D sensing technology that identifies the three-dimensional form, movement and distance of the subject. CoAsia CM is developing the better ToF now.

(Advanced Driver Assistance Systems)

ADAS is the technology to put the safety function to practical use by detecting potential dangers from the driving behavior around and in the vehicle. Its demand has been surged with increased adoption of safety features and the emergence of autonomous vehicles. CoAsia CM is developing its own technology and integrating its strength with CoAsia Group on the purpose of entering the market for vehicle camera module.

Creative Idea and Pacesetting Technology for Foundation of Future Industries

As vehicle cameras can be exposed to specific conditions such as vibration, moisture, high temperature, and cold, it can cause the poor performance due to the change in refractive ratio of each lens that makes up the optical system, or a slight distortion of the lens spacing and position. In particular, cameras installed in self-driving cars should be able to reliably demonstrate their performance as designed or they could cause accidents due to minor performance degradation.

CoAsia CM improves the sensitivity of assembly tolerance and the small telescope optical system with its maximum size of 26mm which can be equipped in vehicles and drones. Now it has the technology to realize the steady resolution regardless the change in temperature and is trying to develop its own technology.
